Dag 1

Transfer from your arrival point in perfectly preserved Moorish city of Cordoba , to your luxury hotel in the historic and charming Old quarter. We will enjoy a welcome gourmet dinner at one of the most wonderful restaurants and have a first glance of this cheerful and lovely andalusian city at night .
Dag 2

Morning walking tour of Cordoba 's medieval quarter, once the home of the Jewish community, a labyrinth of winding, narrow streets, shady flower-filled courtyards and picturesque squares. We will visit the superb 8 th century Mosque and see other treasures as the Alcázar, the Calahorra Fort, which guards the Roman Bridge and the ancient Jewish Synagogue, the Viana palace…Lunch based on “tapas”, to learn this unique in the world funny way of enjoying delicious tinny dishes accompanied with the finest wines.
Afternoon at leisure for you to continue exploring more hidden culinary corners of this magical and ancient city. Free dinner.
Dag 3
Today we will travel along beautiful landscapes of never-ending olive groves to visit and old olive mill in Baena, one of the most important areas of olive oil production in Spain . We will find out how virgin olive is produced using traditional methods and after an interesting guided tasting We will then move on to one of the oldest wineries in Spain , founded in 1729 to to see firsthand the entire process which produces one of the best sweet wines in the world, Pedro Ximenez, king of the Montilla- Moriles Protected Denomination of Origin. After a gourmet lunch we will go back to Cordoba . Evening and dinner free.

Early departure by high-speed train (AVE) to Madrid , where we will live the intensity of this elegant city with all its magnificent monuments, large avenues and royal gardens. We will guide you along the noble avenues to see the statue of Cervantes' fictional hero, Don Quixote passing by historic Cibeles Fountain and the Parliament and through the lovely historic old quarter to admire, The Royal Palace, The Opera, the beautiful arcaded Main Square, its cheerful taverns … and we will have a Gourmet Lunch at an exceptional and traditional restaurant to taste Madrid,s cuisine specialities. Afternoon free to relax in our exclusive luxurious hotel, do some shopping at the fancy shops in the lovely Barrio de Salamanca, visit the great museum. Dinner free.
Dag 5
After breakfast we depart to Segovia . The arrival at this noble and millenary town brings us back to remote times. We find ourselves entering under a roman aqueduct (the best preserved in the world) and we then go to visit the beautiful cathedral and the Alcázar, a castle that seems to have come out of a story book.
Today,s gastronomic discovery will be an “Asador”, traditional restaurant specializing in Castilian cuisine, roasted lamb and suckling pig cooked in a gigantic wood fired oven. You,ll love it.
We will continue our trip through small villages with romanic churches, refreshing fountains, sparrow hawks look upon us as we go through the silent roads. We enter the cobblestone village of Pedraza through an arch in its walls, passing through noble houses to reach its nice medieval castle from which we will enjoy exceptional sights of the valley.
Back in Madrid evening and dinner free .

Flight to Bilbao . Visit to the groundbreaking Guggenheim museum and
Scroll in the “casco viejo” old, pleasant neighbourhood best known for its open-air food markets, houses a great variety of architectural styles, with Renaissance, baroque, neoclassical and modernist buildings. Its narrow streets are full with lively bars where we will enjoy a “pintxos” feast: authentic miniature culinary masterpieces.
Rolling green hills planted with grapevines drop suddenly to the rocky coast along the panoramic coast route to Guetaria, a very picturesque fishing town where we will visit one of its “Txakolí” wineries to learn about this deliciously refreshing wine and enjoy a tasting. Visit to the town with its medieval houses and its lively port and fish market.
Welcome at a luxurious hotel, a renovated 19th century villa located in the centre of San Sebastian within a five minute walk of the beautiful beach and the old quarter of town. Gourmet dinner at the renowned cheff Arzak 3 Michelin starred restaurant, a culinary heaven for gourmands.

Full day excursion to stunning Navarra. Travelling through lush valleys, mountain springs, thousand-year-old oak groves and medieval monasteries, we will reach a local Cheese farm to taste and witness how the delicious Idiazabal cheese is exclusively made in the traditional way and with Latxa breed sheep's milk. We will move on to lovely Lekunberri and walk through the centre of the village to admire the huge old houses with their traditional structures and its 14th-century gothic church. Lunch will take place in a cider house where you can take as many draughts as you want directly from enormous barrels and enjoy a delicious typical menu.
Back in San Sebastian free time to explore on your own. In the evening, we will have the exclusive opportunity to receive a hands-on Cooking Lesson at a “Sociedad Gastronomic” ,a private club whose Basque members join together to share their anecdotes and above all, their passion for cooking and for “ good eating and drinking”. After we will enjoy a gourmet farewell feast following the tradition. An unforgettable experience.
