Dag 1
Our journey begins in the Spanish capital of Madrid . Pick up at airport or the arranged meeting point .We travel northwest to your 4 star charming hotel situated at The Gredos Mountain National Park, located less than 2 hours outside of Madrid. Meet Francisco, your friendly cook and host.
First introductory cooking class and briefing of the trip over a welcome Gourmet dinner with wines with Designation of Origin.

Full Gourmet Breakfast daily. Morning Cooking class ( based on different modules explained above). With the support of various persons from Francisco team so that every 2-3 participants will have very direct supervision while they are cooking and preparing the recipe. You will have enough space to prepare each recipe and time to practice. The groups also have time to discuss gourmet tendencies, debate concerns regarding cooking techniques and interchange their ideas and small tricks to improve recipes.
Lunch based on what you have prepared. Afternoon Cooking class.
Our splendid” hotel gives you the opportunity to discover all the beauty of the natural park of Sierra de Gredos . Have a nice walk and breath pure air or just seat back and relax while reading a book or having a wine with spectacular views of the mountains.
One of the afternoons of the course is spent in a wine tasting of several spanish wines, whites reds and reserves.

Gourmet Breakfast & Full day excursion.Early departure to see an artisan making the typical dessert of Avila, “yemas de santa Teresa” meltingly soft sweetmeats made from egg-yolk.Just delicious…We will have a delightful walk with exceptional sights on The Walls of Ávila, medieval walls 2.516 metres long that date from the 12th century and ,much more than just a simple instrument of war; in reality they are like a book; craftsmen, noblemen, clergy, Jews, “mudéjares and so on , lived within its walls, inside a huge castle. Visit to the Walls, the splendorous cathedral..
Today we will not miss this Spanish way of enjoying small portions of many different specialities accompanied with glasses of wine or refreshing beer.In the afternoon we propose you one of these fantastic culinary visits : artisan local cheese producer, Bee Museum and honey factory or Ribera Winery and cellar including sample tasting. All of them a memorable experience.
Traditional Farewell Dinner based on regional cuisine will follow.

Savour your last delicious breakfast. Transfer to your departure point. End of services.
Optional Itinerary Madrid day extension. Finally, we end up in Madrid, where we will live the intensity of this city with all its museums, gardens, palaces and well preserved monuments. Gourmet Lunch at an exceptional and renowned restaurant where we will have the chance to taste typical dishes from the capital of Spain. Free time to relax in our exclusive luxurious hotel or do some shopping. In the evening our guide will take us to discover the historic old quarter.
